Really good Service and Amenities!

The staff provided really good service. They met all my needs promptly. The hotel had plentiful iced water, melon, cool lollies and iced towels by the pool. The bus service to Le Royal Meridian was quick and convenient, with access to pools and the beach.
The hotel's location near a busy road made accessing nearby attractions like JBR or The Walk somewhat inconvenient. The detour required was longer than expected. I hope they address this issue in the future.

the architecture of the hotel was quite nice it had a certain appeal.
i found that the pool was quite crowded it was difficult to find a lounger early arrival might help with that issue it was not relaxing.

I really enjoyed the shuttle service. it ran frequently to the beach until 1 am. It was so convenient. the selection of food was excellent. I found diverse options. i appreciated the comfortable bed in my room.
i noticed a slight delay when i requested shoe shine service, but the team quickly addressed it.

The hotel architecture looked very nice. The staff always had a smile and helped with everything. The sister hotel's pool was available (i liked that feature). It was quite clean and nice.
I did not think about the ramifications until i came back at night (it was loud). I am disappointed that the front desk did not mention the potential noise.
